How does it work? Fill out the form with your details and energy requirements: depending on availability, you will receive the device directly to your home, with shipping and return collection fully covered by us. You will have 30 days to test it in your real-world setup and under your daily operating conditions. If the device meets your requirements at the end of the trial, you will gain access to an exclusive price reserved for our testers. If it does not meet your expectations, we will arrange the collection at no cost to you, no questions asked, and absolutely no charges.

Terms and Conditions

1. 30-Day Free Trial: Photon will provide, subject to availability and free of charge, 1 Photon unit exclusively for testing and evaluation purposes.


2. Nature of the Product: The MK4 series devices are pre-commercial prototypes. They may exhibit limitations or performance variations compared to future production models.


3. Liability: The participant agrees to use the product with due diligence. Photon excludes liability for indirect or unpredictable damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.


4. Access to Reserved Pricing: If the product meets your energy requirements, you will have exclusive access to purchase 1 Photon MK4 Mini at €699, MK4 at €1,190, or MK4 Plus at €1,799 (valid for 30 days from the end of the trial). If it does not meet expectations, there is no obligation to purchase, and return shipping costs will be fully covered by Photon.


5. Return Policy: If the product is not suitable, it must be returned within 14 days in its original condition. This agreement is governed by Italian law, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Genoa.


6. Intellectual Property: The intellectual property of the product remains exclusively with Photon. Disassembling the device, removing logos, performing reverse engineering, or making any other alterations is strictly prohibited.
